What to include in your private label oil brief

The information that makes a first manufacturing conversation more productive.

Brand and market

Tell us your brand positioning, selling channel and planned sales market. Include the target customer and where the product will sit within your range.

Product and sensory reference

Specify face, body or hair oil. Describe the desired feel, fragrance preference, ingredient direction and exclusions. A reference sample gives the team a shared starting point without implying that it will be copied.

Packaging and quantity

Provide the intended bottle size, dispensing style, artwork status and estimated quantity per SKU. Identify whether you will supply packaging or want to discuss sourcing.

Schedule and documents

Share your target launch window and requested product documents. Sample revisions, component sourcing and testing need time in the plan; final milestones should be agreed after review.
